Taken the other day, not quite peak color yet, a few days away.

Lovely colors and take-off pose of the woodie. I particularly like the wing colors, that we don't often see.

This is a great capture! The pose is money and the colors and incredible. Bird is super sharp from bill to feet. Wish for a bit more DOF across the wings, but you were up against it with light already. Might give him a bit more room down and right if you have it.
