I love the pose but the image is very soft extremely noisy and has a strong color cast. the Canon 5DMKIII is unable to handle underexposed images (poor DR of the sensor) so you need to get the exposure right in the camera

Nice lighting and pose. You might be able to go back to the RAW file and revisit the processing to (at least partially) address the issues raised by Arash, but the underexposure didn't help the noise.

Nice pose with the look back, tail prop, grip on bark. Technical issues do undermine the image. Arash knows the Canon sensors well, so will defer to his assessment.
