    Once the early direct morning sun cleared the mangroves, I liked the images where I was slightly off the sun angle as the shadows better defined my favorite thing about these beauties, the crest and neck feathers.

    Nice pose and light with the sun off the water opening the shadows under the wings. Sharp too, and does show those neck and head feathers well. There's a couple of dark patches center right that could be removed, and there is a bit of a magenta cast in the water which could bee real for all I know.
