    This was taken recently in an effort to get sharper bif images.
    7Dii, 100-400@400mm, 1/3200th sec, f5.6, iso1000, manual mode HH.

    Well i t looks pretty sharp to me Paul, light looks good too. the brighter patch on the belly doesn't trouble me but it might be a little better if toned down a little.

    Looks nice and sharp. Like the pose and the semi open mouth. Maybe a little more room behind.

    The sun is just a bit too high for my taste. It has caused that line of shadow across the face/neck which is unfortunate.
    The wing position is excellent.
    The blown out areas on thigh, belly and rump need to be addressed.
