She goes, or you go John?

If you had just got that fraction lower then I feel/think the 'shoreline' may have been hidden by the back and so cleaner. I like the misty feel, wake of the water and overall framing. I might be tempted to run a little NR on the BKG and just darken off the FG again. You came back with some nice work John, well done. Might just crop a fraction off the LHS to lose the rock.

Beautiful image, John. Nice pose from this Bull Elk.

I too love the misty feel and atmosphere in this frame. Good thinking on composition, it's great that you included the environment. Stunning out there, a place I would like to see some day

Agree with Steve on darkening the FG a bit. And yes the small rock tends to grab the eye a little. Colours very well rendered and sharpness is there in good measure, wonderful work!

    Kind regards,

Hi John -- I liked the framing and the misty feel to it. You have some really nice images in this series. Had you been able to go much lower than this, it would have definitely presented a different perspective and a much cleaner frame as mentioned by Steve.

But I still liked this one as presented.

    TFS !
