Another IR from my Sunday afternoon trip to Crandon. I managed to get some patches of sky in the African Dust haze that enveloped the afternoon and the Swans hung around as well.

    Converted 20d + 10-22 @ 19mm
    f/16
    1/20
    ISO 200
    tripod

    processed in Lightroom and Photoshop

had to rotate the image a bit due to lens distortion

Mike this could be on of your best IR images !!!

Love the careful framing and settings !!! Good images don't happen they are made ..... good to note the use of a tripod, stopping down for dof and precise framing !!! Big Congrats !!!

btw something you could try is making separate images for the swans and replacing them? would like to see the left bird with his head up !!!

Beautiful Michael. I have looked and looked and can't find anything worth picking at. Oh, sure, would be nice if that second swan had been looking up instead of down but still...wow.

Hi Mike I was thinking of taking another swan and substitute for he one with the neck down or maybe replace the two with new ones swimming left to right !!!

    Mike,
This one is my favorite of the Crandon Gardens series.
I don't mind that the other swan isn't looking up. Very nice shot.
