Default One last Marbled Godwit, for now...

It was hella windy in here last weekend, and I went to my usual spot with hopes of getting a godwit against the churning water.

This one was the best I managed. I was very happy with the texture the breaking waves created behind him. Curious what others think.

Beautiful shot Dorian! Love the raised wings and the detail on the bird. No nits from me on this one.

    Lovely image Dorian!
Really nicely framed with the waves in the background and the bokeh on the spume. Wing position, exposure and details look all good to me.

The pose and light are spot on. Much prefer the background of the previous one. Detail on the bird looks great.

Not as strong as the last one for me but superb nonetheless.
Specular highlights bug me, just a personal thing as most people
    don't care.
The pose and flight angle is really nice.

Awesome pose and BG. I'm a sucker for these types of highlights so for me this works really well. Love the colors. Perfect catchlight too. Wish it was mine, TFS
