    This was once the largest slate quarry in the world, it really is immense. Its strange really the land has been scarred by man's activity and yet the exposed areas doe have a certain appeal. The lighting was pretty flat, I saw a slight light differential and elaborated. All comments welcome

    Like how the leading line draws you to the spot light on the hill. The clouds have nice appeal.

    I like the scene, choice of perspective.
    I think the highlights in the clouds are distracting.

    Jonathan...aside from the already mentioned bright areas in the clouds I like the scene very much!
