    I spent around 20 minutes taking multiple photos of this young Wagtail as it perched nicely in front of me. I managed to snap this one after waiting for something interesting to happen, so happy to get this "wings out" shot.
    7Dii, 100-400@340mm, 1/500th sec, f8, iso800, HH. Feedback appreciated as always.

    Quite the cutie. Nicely done given the cross light, love the wings up and the earnest face. Sharp where it needs to be. Smooth BG.

    Love the pose here. Sharpness is great. Nice direct look from this wagtail. Maybe a hair more room below. What a name for a bird. Very cool.

    Great shot Paul! I like the blurred wings and the BG. There's a pink cast to the image though - easy fix. Nicely done!
