    Very nice image. The head turn, open bill and background really helps the image.
    Moss on the perch also add to the image.

    Apart from the well-worn plumage, this is a very nice image of this beautiful shorebird. Good head turn, excellent green BG.

    Can't say that I'm a big fan of vocalization images. Really like this type of background. Nice perch also.

    I think it looks great Bill this is a shot I have been wanting to have in my collection (along with a snipe) for years. The plumage looks well defined and you have shown the eye very nicely too.
