A lovely shot Joseph, the low angle and calling pose makes this image for me. Love the ripples and light too.

Fun pose, one that screams Ring-billed Gull! I like the ripples and reflections. Not sure why there is a small detached bit of bill on the lower mandible's tip. The image also need a bit of CW rotation.

Lovely shot. Agree with the need for rotation, also i would have cloned out the light ripple intersecting the lower neck back.

Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting, very much appreciated. Not sure why there was a detached piece of bill, no work was done in that area. I removed that for this repost. I also rotated the image a tad CW using the tip of the bill as lined up with the reflection.

It's like a can hear them through this image. Like the ripples in the water and of course the calling pose.
