Here's another one from Nickerson. Light was a bit flat, but I think the head-on view overcomes that issue.
I always say do whatever it takes to get the shutter to 1/2500 for flight work (and hopefully 1/3200 or 1/4000). Looks
like that was just enough to stop the action here!

Another beauty Dorian....The BG colours with that DOF is looking real good. Nice flight pose and detail on the bird....I would sharpen the fish a wee bit.
