Getting close to the end now !!! Here the rider reaches the edge of the grass.... always an area you are going to flip depending on how fast you are still going. This was a good slide and he still had some speed !!! Notice how he is in control keeping the arms tucked in, does prevent lots of injuries

..........btw Jules ... nailed the head angle but can't say much for all else :D

    Comments welcome and much appreciated

    Hi Alfred,
Is that the leather on fire or just the fact that he has now become a human lawn mower????

    Hi Axel,
After my second street accident......lost count on off-road ones...........I decided i liked convertibles better...........especially given our weather up here in the north. I remember one Dec. day the weatherman telling me it would be a bit cold......but sunny.............2" of snow later riding home from Brooklyn........I decided to buy a car the next day!
I've seen them drive cars in Florida also....Especially the Palmetto....Convertible...............convertible. .........convertible...is all I have to say!

I remember driving through snow with my bicycle when I was younger. I think I took the subway the next day. :)

Actually they are not all that bad !!! I do think you are bette on the track than street riding !!!

btw anyone interested in the track there is a school that goes around the country which will get your license. You can rent the bike, leathers, boot, etc Even run two real races at the end of the course !!! The bikes used are 500 Ninjas, very docile and easy to ride !!!

Outstanding action capture Alfred. I can not imagine what that poor guy felt like after a fall like that. I hurt just looking at it. !!!!

This guy looked like he knew what he was doing......I would be bet he has a bit of "pizza skin"--The real question is what happens when he starts to tumble--that is where bad things happen injury wise.

The image brought back great memories of when my brother used to race in the 80's...

Great images throughout this series, Al. I will gladly give you the kudos for the great head angle here but might have to take off points for the missing feet in this one. Maybe a little more canvas on the left would solve that? :D:D:D
