Here is another Semi-Palmated Plover taken in the spring migration on the Pacific Northwest coast. Couldn't get down any lower than my belly. Cloned away some garbage and water. Anybody have any rules of thumb for doing that or is it a matter of personal preference? I think the head could've been a little sharper or perhaps there is some motion blur.

Iso 800, 500 mm PF +1.4 extender at 700 mm, F8, 2000th, D500, handheld, 70% of full frame, lifting fog with sun breaks.
