Nice pose but maybe a bit soft and noisy. The droplets(?) near the eye could be removed.

Nice incoming pose and I like all the water droplets.
Tern looks sharp to me. The fanned tail adds a lot.
I am not crazy about the grey lines in the green water (personal preference).
Too bad about the bling but it is what it is!

Well composed with good wing position. Tough when you have this much in the way of droplets. Everybody has their own feelings about that. I never know when to clone or not. I do think the three lighter green bird head size lighter areas between the wings could be cloned out to make it less distracting]

Looks pretty sharp to me too. You might want to remove the band. Or not. I'm with Moe about losing the three large specular highlights ...
Where was this puddle?

Parking lot. A nice storm rolled through early afternoon and dumped a good amount of rain.

Thanks John, A puddle in the lot or the one just outside on the western edge of the lot? Puddles are always a plus at Nickerson.

Trees. The puddle was on the edge of the lot. It was quite big after the rain. The birds were bathing in it.
