Hello everyone, thank you for all your comments and suggestions to my previous post, as always much appreciated.

Here is another image from Corbett, this time it is an Elephant Scape.

Image taken in the evening light near abt 5 pm but the sun was high and light was still bright. This bull was strolling along the Ramganga river and I tried to frame it with some forest in the backdrop and the river at one side. I have some images of the Elephant in the river as well , which I will post later.

DPP 4.8, PScc 2019, WB, curves, darkened slightly the rocks/stones of dry river bed, vibrance, cropped from bottom and top, sharpened the Elephant.

Canon 7D, Canon 24-105mm f4 IS II, HH.

    ss 1/2000, iso 320, f 6.3.

Looking forward for all your comments and suggestions be it of any nature.

Hi Haseeb again a very fine animalscape .

Comp , layered image depth , different elements of nature ... lovely work . Not sure if it needs a slight rotation .... ? Looking at it .... Steve is coming into my mind with his polarizer .
I might add some more punch to water and the greenery ....just a thought .

    Enjoyed watching the image .

    TFS Andreas

The overall setting is pretty nice. Like the water on the right side balances out the left some. The light is what it is but you handled it well.

Lovely scene Haseeb, the comp and placement of Elephant is perfect. Good colours and techs, but you could have gone for more DOF?

Thank you Andreas , John and Doc.

@ Andreas -- I will get those filters / polarizers , will try and see the outcome . Also, I did add some punch to the water and greenery , but will try and see how it benefits by adding some more.

@ Doc -- I guess it wouldn't have mattered here as the subject was quite far off and small in frame and details would have been some what similar.

I like it just as it is, it looks natural, any more I think would look a little contrived. Lovely composition and a very entertaining image.
