    Welcome swallow in Port Douglas.
    Olympus 420mm, 1/3200, f5.6, ISO1000.
Very small bird <15cm, so posted at small size. At the shooting distance the DoF is about 3cm, so only the head is in that region, wings and tail going out.

    Hi Greg,
This looks like a big crop as I find the bird quite crunchy.
    HA is good.

I'd like to see a larger one if possible, the image appears to be well focused, I am wondering if the contrast is a little high and the swallow slightly under exposed?

Looks like the barn swallows over here. Nice pose but not tack sharp.

very nice dynamic pose held back but poor IQ (bird is lacking details) and a stranger looking BG (the blotched in the lower left)
