Hi Sanjeev, nice image of the Buffalo and good to hear you managed to see all of the big 5.
I think here you could afford to be a bit more pushy on the Depth & Tone of the Saturation/Warmth giving the image some 'personality'. You have the detail, albeit I think some more DoF so the nose to the Boss is sharp and you have all those lovely details & textures there. Killer BKG with zero distracting elements, nice one.

Oh BTW, I think going B/W would be too contrasty unless you added a bit of warmth, but not Sepia.

Thanks Steve, will make an RP with the suggestions you gave and post it. Much appreciated.

Hi Sanjeev, I really like the image, I immediately thought it needed a little tonal control. I suspect the experienced may cringe a little but I have TK Masks and it was great adjusting the coat and the horns separately. (Very easy once you get the hang of it)

Hi Sanjeev ... well a very nice executed portrait of this species .
Love the warmth of the colors , ( looks realistic compare to the cheetah image ) . Head angle and eye contact is perfect . Crop is good .
OP needs some treatment in tone and color IMHO .... partly solved in your RP , i might go even further .
What bothers me a bit is very soft nose ....... looks like NR was used , for me no DOF issue .
