    Taken a few months back in my yard when dogwood leaves were new and the molt had just finished for this male. I reduced the Y saturation.

    Ann, Nice shot, good colors, perch, HA and BG, I might conifer removing the small forehead dot, but besides that very nice.

    Hi Tim, thanks, left it bc this is the end of molt and a lil yellow feather has not given way to a black head feather, left it on purpose, part of the story...

    Very nice Ann. I love these crops.
    Yellows and details within yellows are excellent.
    Gotta love the yellow and the dark BG.
    I also like how the goldfinch is leaning to the right mirroring the leaves.
    I could see a version with the forehead dot removed but respect your reason why you left it in,

    Well done. The bird looks great. Really like the dark background.
