You were close to this one. Like the open mouth and the bird is nice and sharp. Background is right on.

For a bird that's brown all over the name is one of many possibilities- brown-winged, brown-tailed, brown-breasted etc. Good clean shot with the added interest of calling. Probably f8 would have helped to pull more of the bird into focus.
