    Between thunderstorms about an hour ago, this adult Carolina Wren took the opportunity to feed its young in a nest just behind in a rotted out center of the tree trunk. C&C welcome.

    Looking good Geoffrey ....The perch is a wee bit awkward, but I really like the pose and the detail you captured on the bird.

    Lovely color and detail on the bird, Geoffrey. I love that his face AND legs are sharp! Perch is a bit wonky and the BG is a bit busy, but the image is well processed and shows the species perfectly. Overall IQ is excellent.
