    I have absolutely no idea why anyone woudl put something like this in their front yard. If you ever visit Harris Neck NWR in McIntosh county Georgia, you will have t drive by this on the way to the refuge. I have driven past this for the past several years and finally stopped to take a picture.

    I can see a seahorse, a couple of Flamingo's, and the "gentleman" in the chair appears to be looking up at a Snowy.

    Hi Emory That place deserves a full session rather than a picture :D ..... and I'm afraid I spotted some electrical work ... should be a sight at night !!!!!

    I agree with Al. I'd investigate it at night. Also I'd take more than just one picture.
    This is a very strange lookin' place. Behind the "gentleman" in the chair there is a tree with a face too.

    Lets see some night shots!!!!!

    I notice that tree face to. Just watch out you don't become part of the landscape.
