Red Breasted Nuthatch in a tree outside my bedroom window. You can see the inverse shape of the bark in the beak on the adjacent tree.

    Iso-1000, 200-500 mm at 468 mm, F8, 500th, D 500, overcast, no flash, handheld, 65% of full frame.

Very nice, Moe! I love the moss on the tree and the overall tones in the image. The bark is an awesome touch. On my monitor, I can see a slight cyan cast to the whites - easy fix in PP. I would also suggest more room at the top while taking some off the bottom for balance.

Nice to have that outside your bedroom. Lovely shot overall. Perhaps would look more balanced in a 2x3 crop?

Beautiful frame, David, I love the moss.. Maybe move the bird down in the frame?

Neat frame here. Like the moss covered perch and the bark the nuthatch has in its mouth. Background is nice as well.
