What a beauty Gail. I love the pose, HA, and detail. BG is good, although the white bits draw my eye slightly. Exposure looks good as well. I wonder if the underwings could go a bit bright / whiter as they seem slightly greyer / darker than I remember. Love the bit of blur on the wing tips. TFS, looks like a great trip

Tough little guys to get in flight. I like the wing position, great head turn, good exposure with nice detail in the whites.

Love this one Gail, you did a terrific job HH in the wind against the cliff for this speedy fly-by. Well controlled exposure and I like the splayed feet and his HA, super razorbill! You sure you didn't shoot this guy in that tiny boat we were on?

Looking good Gail...I know how difficult it is to get the exposure correct on these speedster, so well done. I may try raising the shadows/brightening on the head area a little, as long as it don't introduce noise. nice flight pose and I like your crop.

Great flight frame of this razorbill. Background is nice. The pose on the bird is spot on. Really nice head turn towards you as well.

Great shot Gail! You've done really well to balance the darks and the highlights. I would suggest toning down the brightest areas just a touch more as they are slightly distracting as is. Beautiful pose with the raised wings and the splayed legs. I'd love to have this shot in my collection.

Well, one thing about all the clouds in Iceland is it makes it easier to expose a bird like this. And you have done an incredible job of bringing out the color of the background along with the black-and-white plumage of this Razorbill.
