    nice find David, I like how the hummer stands out against the dark BG. the bird is too large in the frame, and is quite noisy and lacking in fine details as presented. the colors seem to be a bit off too. Posting the full EXIF will help folks with critique and better suggestions

    Welcome David to BPN.
    The biggest issue with this image is the noise and the too tight crop.
    Agree with Arash that the IQ is not up to par.

    Welcome to BPN, and congrats on the new lens! Yes to the subject being too large in the frame, and some degraded IQ (probably due to a large crop and aggressive sharpening). Neat subject with fluffed up feathers!
