    Hello John,

Wonderful framing here and you captured such lovely pose from this fawn, its delicate features are truly delightful and detail is superb.

I am reluctant to comment on colour because I have never had the opportunity to see the species in real life. My gut feeling is you should have gone a tad cooler overall, but let's see what the others say

Love the smooth BG, not sure I would keep the little flies though. Sharpness is spot on, overall image is well exposed and IQ is just great. Lovely work, you should be very pleased with this, I certainly enjoyed viewing!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

Congrats, John! I find it very hard to get a pleasing shot of deer, but the detail, delicateness, and framing make this one to be proud of. The eyes and the pristine condition of the fawn are outstanding. I understand why you might have left the flies in, but this one is so precious I agree it might be better without. They kind of distract.

Exquisite John, a very nice piece of work. I can see another version say a third of a stop down, but as presented it works with killer detail.
