    Interesting angle-- was the crop rotated to achieve it, or was it the angle of the camera? Good detail, like the snack.

    Love the exposure, detail, and color on the bird but the tilted beach is rather awkward. Not sure of that's by design, but I'd straighten it if you have the canvass. Prey item is a nice touch. I'll be shooting there for the first time in the first week of August. Hopefully there will still be some birds around!

    Great uphill walking pose (I'm assuming this is the natural slope, otherwise you would have leveled it). Prey is a nice touch.

    Excellent look at this Oystercatcher. Superb job on the plumage, color, and point of view. I'm really enjoying the diagonal stride, depth of field, and the food in the beak
