This is an interesting viewpoint looking this fellow straight in the eye at close range Krishna, but it is overexposed for me.

Krishna beautiful portrait. What I love about this is the background colors. Works perfectly with the whites. I wish the eye was just a little brighter or the angle. Whites look good and detail. I agree with Bob maybe over exposed a tad. I have a problem myself of likening darker Photos.
A little adjustment and I think the goose would really pop with the background colors even more. TFS

Nice intimate view you offer us here. Good vivid BG indeed. I agree the image seems to be a touch to bright, even a small 1/3 stop lower exposure would work well IMO. Do you have another frame where the eye is not partially covered by the nictitating membrane?

The framing is pretty nice. Love these types of backgrounds. The bird is sharp right where it should be.

Thank you for all the comments.

It is interesting to note that the brightest whites are in 238, still folks mentioned that lowering the exposure.

I added curves layer reduce the exposure.

    Below is the repost.

I do not have any image in the series which show full eye. Every image has eye partially covered by the nictitating membrane. Not sure why...
