Great shooting angle, soft light and background, nice catchlight.
In a perfect world, would prefer the body rotated a bit more parallel to the sensor plane, but the head angle helps.

Nice that you captured this typical behaviour. I think the light and the colors is the strongest points for me in the image. Also a nice, low shooting angle.
I do wish the tail was sharp and that the bird was rotated a bit more towards you.
