This appears to originate in lovely soft lighting John. The BG colour and the breast feathers meld beautifully together and even the dirt fits the colour palette. A very pleasing image of a commonplace subject.

I love the complementary Background and lights.

Bird post and everything looks good. I would generally in dodge the shadow to ensure that my eye does not go to the same.

Very nice background, I like the alert pose. Background is different from what we normally see from Ithaca, complements the subject very well.
