Nothing like a high key red-winged image to make the bird really stand out. Like the pose and the ruffled feathers on the breast. Perch is nice as well. Composition is right on for me.
Very nicely exposed Joe, showing lovely fine detail of the blacks, which the pose also accentuates. I like the tone of the red and yellow you've got in the wing patch too.
I like it a lot. YOu might like it a bit better by adding 40-80 points of MAGENTA to the REDs in Selective Color ...
