    I shot this photo at the Kampong in Coral Gables, Florida. This was the home of Dr. David Fairchild of Fairchild Tropical Gardens. I used a hand held Canon 40D ISO 200, F/8.0, 1/640 sec. Lense was an EF 70-200mm Max F/2.8 at 120mm. Auto exposure, auto WB, pattern metering, no flash.

    Excellent composition and exposure Richard. I love the diagonal framing. This really rocks...good show...:D The magical glow of your lotus is enchanting...:cool:

    Thanks, Alfred! Coming from you, I'm touched. I Iook forward to meeting you. Fabiola is a great teacher!! I won't be at this Saturdays class so I'll miss shooting with you, I heard you were coming, but hopefully soon.

    This is beautiful Richard - what a different perspective you chose to photograph from! It's always nice to see someone looking for a new way to compose an image and you certainly found one that works.
