    Default Owl in habitat

This is another frame from BC a couple of years ago when I had a very good time photographing SEO's in their natural habitat. The owls were very friendly and receptive to two-legged creatures! My guess is daily encounters with joggers and dog walkers as well as proximity to the duck hunters made the owls impervious to presence of people

Love the perch, pose and intense stare. The BG is complimentary and the subject just off center for a very pleasing composition. The color and details, well, it's an Arash hazeghi... Love those swept back primaries in front of the tail and only wish for view of the talons. TFS

    Arash:

The soft light, muted colors, stare, stump, background, all good. Understated and elegant. congrats

Love that stare. What a treat to see them like this. Usual high quality techs.

Love the earth tones in images like these. The eyes on the owl are great. Very nice.
