First time out...

First time out with first native RF lens. Not an L lens but still pretty impressive. This is a firebush in our backyard.

The flower is isolated nicely from the background. Soft overcast light would have been better for the contrast.

I quite like it thoughI find the background a little obtrusive. How about selecting the subject, masking, inverting and reducing contrast on the background, it certainly accentuates the subject. (Best done with an adjustment layer)
