    This beautiful individual was kind enough to swim across the mostest bestest place in the pond! Thank you Mr. Scaup.

    Canon 7DII + 500mm f/4 II + 1.4TC III, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/1250s., f/5.6, ISO 1600, natural light, handheld, small rotation then crop for comp, a few white flecks in the water removed via spot removal tool.

    Lovely composition and exposure for the SH. Great HA and the reflection and water smoothness add to the calming nature of this photo. That eye!

    This is lovely Dan.
    Great low POV, love the way the water in the FG blends seamlessly with the BG.
    I even like the reflection! (and could see a crop with a bit off the bottom).
    You have shown the purple iridescence beautifully.

    What a serene shot. Lovely fg/bg, good iridescence, detail, POV, HA; all of it. I agree a bit off the bottom wouldn't be missed.
