Default Lesser Scaup Causing A Stir.

This fella was being chased around by some other individuals, with lots of waves a splashing action being created. Fun to watch, tough to photograph from a prone position, but I got a couple that made the cut...with this one being my favorite of the series.

Canon 7DII + 500mm f/4 II + 1.4TC III, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/1250s., f/5.6, ISO 1600, natural light, handheld, leveled and cropped for composition (about 75% FF), added the catchlight for a bit more life in the eye.

Now, that is one cool canvas (big surprise)... I think this beauty might think it's an anhinga... Love the wave and especially the partially see through bow wave. Congrats TFS

It should be your favorite, quite a amazing frame. Love it, Dan. Thank you for sharing.

This is great... nice to get these in the skirmish...
Water is nicely done and the green at the top is a nice touch to frame.

Very unique image. Like the fact that there's not a lot of water droplets in the air.

Excellent point of view. The in focus water texture is superb. Terrific comp with noticeable color in just the right places.

What a capture, Daniel. Love the full steam ahead action. Great POV, and that wake up front.

Love the waves and just the ducks head coming above the water. Low angle is right on. Details look nice as well.

Really nice action here, I like the line of green at the top of the frame.
