    Another shot of a Tree Swallow from a week ago, the unique coloration of this one caught my eye.
    I'm not sure if it's a juvenile or a female.

    Tim:

    Head angle and body work well with the diagonal of the frame. I could see a version with about 15% of the free space above the bird cropped off.

    Soft background, interesting muted plumage as you noted.

    Looks nice Tim! The pose and the BG look great. The sun was a bit high but you still managed a nice frame with good colors and details. Well done

    Love the BG and composition. The pose and irridescence, despite the slightly harsh light, really make it for me. TFS
