    Tack sharp, great image. Nice engaging look and wonderful detail across the bird. You could turn the whites on the cattail a but, but that's really minor. Love the feet too.

    Great pose, soft bg, nice catchlight.

    I don't know about "turning" the whites on the cattail, but burning might work. (Sorry Dorian, I couldn't resist)

    Nice, I think it is a touch over sharpened (minor), but classic pose at the top of the cattail.
