Always love to see images of Big Red. Good work catching him with a fish. Pose is nice, water and background exquisite. Good low POV.

That's a cracker Mike, great timing and beautiful background. Head angle and prey make for great eye catching attention, one to be proud of buddy!

Excellent image, the action, the details, the layers of the background.

Great looking egret. I love the detail on the shaggy head and neck. Nice low angle, with good texture to the water surface. Amazing colours! Of course the fish had to point away from us eh! I could see a version with a bit more room all around as the colours look great anyways, plus it would give more space at bottom edge for the feet hiding under the water. This one scream Desoto - that is a good thing!

Nice job on catching the bird with the fish in its mouth. The low angle is spot on. Nice light as well. Very nice.

I knew the minute I saw this that it was at Fort DeSoto!
    Lovely image Mike.
    Great IQ and action.
I could see a crop with a bit more on the bottom (and LHS) for those virtual legs.

Cheers Artie, but this was 2 years ago and you were in NYC at the time. Maybe have dinner in a couple of weeks though! Enjoy DeSots as always
