    Being low really paid off here. Nice and sharp and love the BG, including that smaller patch of grass. On the body I wish for it be a liitle bit darker with a little more contrast and vibrance. Just a small amount though. That BG is killer. That white on the right edge could also go. TFS

    I agree with David's thoughts. Good stalking pose, like that he is mostly clear of the reed bed.

    Does seem a bit bright, and would def. remove the white blob on right frame edge.

    Nice stalking pose and the grasses add a lot. Good POV.
    The image needs more contrast, saturation and a boost in the blacks (go to selective color, choose neutrals and add 2 or 3 points of black).
    I would evict that white spot on RHS,

    Great pose. Nice work getting a relatively low POV to keep the bird above the grasses. Ditto the comments above.
