Pied Oystercatcher on the beach

Hi all. Following on from the helpful comments on my previous Oystercatcher post, here's another Pied-Oystercatcher taken recently at Woody Point, Brisbane. A smaller crop this time (none cropped from the bottom) and hopefully better FFD.
7Dii, 349mm, 1/3200th sec, f5.6, iso640, manual mode hand-held. Cheers.

Edit: Just notice a slight halo around the head and body...not sure why?

A fine shot Paul, I like the pose and the beach. I wonder if some dark tones are slightly blocked? I hope you don't mind but I have an alternative for your consideration, I opened up the dark tones a little and burned the base a little also.

Paul nice shot, a little to much room on top for me but nice totals and colors & HA, enclosed is a image showing your "solids" I hope this helps.
