I think you exposed this shot perfectly. Both the black and the whites looks spot on and without any under/overexpsoure. I like the raised leg and the water splash too. Great light angle and background.
I don't know if it is due to the downsized JPEG or a big crop but the bird looks a bit soft, it is hard to see feather details. I would also give this a bit more room all round but keeping the ratios as is.
Yes, the exposure is perfect, and the rising leg and resulting water splash is very good. I agree for more room, and the head seems to be angled a ever so slightly bit away from us. Still a nice frame though!
