    Captured this image in the late afternoon, of a female Snail Kite while on recent trip to Florida. C&C welcome.

    D500, Sigma 150-600mm C @ 370mm, 1/3200s, f 6.3, ISO 1000, Gitzo, Wimberley Gimbal head.

    Love the light, the under side view with head turn, details and colors on bird and sky is killer as well Congrats. TFS

    Way to go Geoffrey, you did very well. Wonderful wing position, and tail spread. They are such a beautiful bird.

    I think you could sharpen a tad more, but a nice pose and nice light.

    Sweet light. Like the pose and the look on the bird. The darker background is nice as well.
