    A Greylag Goose captured at a local loch. This was the first image I captured handheld after recovering from shoulder surgery. Taking it easy until I get into the swing of things again. I really like the look of the neck feathers on these birds.

    Real Nice incredible detail.Background goes along nicely with the bird.Feathers are different for sure. TFS

    Spot on portrait here. The details look great. Like the pattern on the neck. Nice how the background color matches the bird.

    Good to see you carrying gear Will, and a fine portrait of the goose. I too love the neck feathers and the pointed definition that is created. Details throughout are top shelf, well done.

    Everything looks great here, except for the cropping being too tight IMO. Fantastic details, and I agree with you about the neck feathers!
