    Default Ruddy Turnstone

First half-decent flight frame of this species for me! I'd love to see a bit more of that far wing, but I'm pretty stoked with this result regardless.

You should be stoked! The bird is great, the wave takes it over the top....

Very cool, Dorian. I like the hint of the far wing, and what timing with the wave beneath.

Killer near-wing detail. The stripe of dark water behind and in front of the bird's head was bad luck.

Dorian great shot. Agree with the wake adds greatly. My preference would to lighten the water some. Very hard subject to capture. TFS

    Dorian:

Very dynamic, the wave adds immensely, full down stroke on wing good. Yes, in perfect world, a bit more angle towards us would have shown more of the rear wing.

    Nice job

Dorian, nice inflight of this little shorebird, I really like the in focus wave below its wingtip. Nice details and colors.

A stoker for sure. Great flight pose, nicely exposed. Tough bird to get in flight. The wave beneath puts it over the top.

Looks great. Like how you caught the bird just above the water. Details look nice.
