    I like the comp and high key look. The GBHE looks a bit funky, maybe because of the slow shutter speed?

    1/320s. is not slow enough to affect IQ, maybe the high ISO plus the wet feathers from what appears to be rainy conditions would be bigger factors. The heron appears sharp to me though. A bit high on the perspective, but I do like the view of the protruding grasses in the water. It could be an illusion, but I get the impression the image could benefit from some CCW rotation?
