    Default Little Hunter

    Hello friends,

I took great joy in discovering this little hunter among the branches of a rather large tree. This wild cat was so well camouflaged I must have driven past her a number of times, luckily those lovely eyes grabbed my attention.

Image processed in LR and PSCC. Techs as follows:

    Nikon D5
    Nikon 500 F4
    ISO 6400
    F7.1
    1/1250s

Many thanks for taking the time to view, as well your kind comments on my previous post - much appreciated!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

Hi Gabriela, a fine mage of this little hunter. Those eyes are captivating and the OOF large trunk is not a bother at all. Colours and lovely and natural, good details and techs. Nicely spotted and clicked.

Another gorgeous capture Gabriela, this trip is certainly producing some exceptional images. just a thought, but do you think it needs a little less on the RHS to take it off the central position and so you have a tad more negative on the left?

Absolutely adorable, slight crop on one side is a good idea....I would crop the LHS.

Looks like a house cat. Like the cat tucked in there. The eyes are very inviting. The details looks very good. Image quality looks quite well for the high ISO.

Thank you so much dear friends. I will go back to this image and consider the options you suggested.

Already cropped quite a bit on both sides Steve, a bit afraid the IQ might drop but I will try

    Warmest regards,

    Hi Gabriela ...
A killer shot ...well almost , just wish the cat was a little less hidden . But this is a minor thing .... i would be pleased to have this one !!!!!
Your patience really paid off when searching for them !!!!
Love the colors and the tonal range , looks well processed to me .
Very nice work ... enjoyed viewing it !!!

Thank you so much Boetie Andreas for your kind wordsThey are indeed cuties, those little cats. But so difficult to spot!

Glad you like this, I will share some more. Just did not want to bore everyone posting the same species over and over again.

Have a nice week-end, and once again thank you for taking the time to view,

    Kind regards,

Love the direct stare at you, Gabriela. I also like the framing with the out of focus and focused branches.

    Thanks again for the links.
