While this one does not have the nice lighting that the other one did, it has a story to it....I'd swear this little guy wanted to be played with! I'd seen him before and had gone looking for him - looked up and he was right in front of me! I said "There you are!" He tilted his head this way and that, did a little sort of dance, took 2 steps toward me and stared at me. Did this little routine 3 times before turning around and trotting off into the woods. It was so cute!

very cool, anita!! at first glance i thought you had treated this with a filter or something in PP. this one qualifies for one of those painterly effects i think!!! would be nice to try. might add a little contrast to this otherwise. nice job!

What a sweet look! Love the play of light and shadow. Looks like maybe the the little guy has just a bit of a green cast on his neck and face.

    Really nice image!!!

Hi Anita - lovely pose and shot. Congrats.

Does look like green cast and some noise/ pixelisatio on the neck and face.

    Real nice Anita !!!

As presented would give more room at the bottom/left, excellent pose and eye contact. Wish he was away form the bush a bit more and for some better light. Seems like there was on oof leaf blocking the lens? You had one fantastic encounter and did make the most out of it !!!!

Thanks, everyone, for looking and commenting. Lance, didn't notice the noise until you pointed it out. My series of images in this location all have alot of green cast....removed some of it but couldn't seem to get it all. Alfred, I cropped more from the left than I had initially, to remove more of the blurred leaves....may have more on the bottom, will have to look at the original. Overall, not a winning image but a memorable encounter. :)
