Default Gray Langur (baby) - backlit

Another backlit Langur in the setting light of the afternoon. Somehow by having more of a blue/black backdrop, it has a bit more character rather than just leaning towards more of a straight black?

Hi Steve, a nice shot of Langur baby showing the long tail. The back lit frame works but only wish the twigs were not Cris-crossing the face. TFS.

Nothing one could do with the branches Sanjeev. However, for me, it's more about being backlit, atmosphere and the awesome light.

Like the glow on this one espcially the tail. Works well as a vertical. Agree with the branches but nothing to be done.

You have created a special mood and feeling in this image mostly from the back lighting. However I agree that twigs over the face are unfortunately an issue

Wonderful mood and lighting Steve, a very unique image. Love the curtain of twigs and leaves slightly concealing the silhouette of the young Langur. There's something so innocent and vulnerable in the way you managed to portray him.

Looking at the techs I notice you planned this from the beginning and I see clearly what inspired you here. This frame inspires me too. Glad I opened the thumbnail and looked, I just realised there's so much out there to be seen and captured on camera. Truth is, every now and then I think my photography is boring. I learn so much from you.

    Warmest regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
