    Taken at Parkgate Wirral, I guess I'm very fortunate, this is about 5 min from my house.

    Love the lighter grasses as base, the OOF grass as BG, the over and under wing views as well as details and colors. Just a classic bird in environment composition overall. TFS

    Another nice frame Jon, A friend mentioned to me they are still displaying daily, so you might get a few more chances yet - think I'm going to be too busy with work but if I get the chance I'll be up again next week.

    Nice subdued tones on the bird, all details look good to me

    This is my favorite of your recent owl images. Nice composition and a nice environment. Pretty cool you took this so close to home.

    This is one is really nice, Jonathan. The eye looks great, and I don't mind the lack of direct eye contact here. It's an authentic view to this bird's haunting behavior.
